Cherry Valley CSA is beginning its third season of operation. The farm operates on a portion of the former Josephine Porter Farm, which is owned by Stroud Township and was acquired as part of its open space initiative. Aside from the fresh vegetables grown and harvested weekly at the farm, a buying club has been created to offer other healthy whole foods from local sources - including honey, meat, cheese, eggs, salmon, bread and more.

Trailhead CSA, located in Reeders, offers organic produce, raw dairy, eggs, fresh baked goods and humanely raised, grass fed, poultry, pork, beef & lamb, through its CSA & organic buying club.

Heat Shed, Inc. has been a thriving business in Pennsylvania for 30 years. Since 1942, Kirkridge Retreat and Study Center has been providing a place for rest and renewal to pilgrims along life’s journey. The Center is located on the beautiful Kittatinny Ridge of eastern Pennsylvania near the Delaware Water Gap and the Pocono Mountains region. Its retreats, hospitality, beautiful vistas and sacred ground have blessed and continue to bless countless lives. Kirkridge offers retreats focused on earthcare and many AT hikers will know Kirkridge from the trail shelter it supports on its property along the Appalachian Trail.

Since 1958 Quiet Valley Historical Farm has been teaching children and adults about living in harmony with nature. Quiet Valley Living Historical Farm is a non-profit, educational corporation dedicated to the preservation and presentation of Pennsylvania's agricultural heritage. At Quiet Valley history comes to life on our 19th century farmstead. Quiet Valley conducts school and special tours from Labor Day until June 20 and is open to the general public from June 20 to Labor Day. Period-dressed "family" members reenact the life of the original Pennsylvania German farming family who lived on the farm 1780 to 1913. The farm also hosts a number of special events throughout the year.

The Shawnee Preservation Society is a not-for-profit, voluntary organization, incorporated under the laws of Pennsylvania and dedicated to preserving the quality of life in Shawnee-On-Delaware, Smithfield Township, and surrounding areas. The members of SPS want to balance growth with an awareness of the long-term impact of residential and commercial development on water resources, flood control, schools, roads, taxes, private property, recreation, tourism, historic character, and the natural environment: the elements that constitute the quality of life in our community.

Fossil Free Fuels converts diesel engine vehicles to run on vegetable oil trap grease, recycling what would be a waste product headed for the landfill into usuable fuel.
